Jewel Changi Airport

The talk of the town and well-known Jewel Changi Airport is finally open! For a month, people are intrigue and are captivated on Jewel's charm. It was recently launched on April 11 this year and lucky Singaporeans and residents got the exclusive chance to witness this majestic sight for the first time! There were 500,000 people who registered for this sneak peak. Now that it is open to the public, thousands of people visit Jewel every day!

This was previously the open-air car park of Terminal 1 and it was said that Jewel Changi Airport costs S$1.7 billion! Can you imagine how grand this is?

"Jewel Changi Airport is a mixed-use development with gardens, attractions, retail, dining, a hotel and facilities to support airport operations. This integration of nature with engineering marvels housed under a striking glass and steel dome is poised to make headlines," jewelchangiairport.com.

The attractions at Jewel include the Shiseido Forest Valley, HSBC Rain Vortex, Canopy Park, Canopy Bridge, Manulife Sky Nets - Bouncing, Manulife Sky nets - Walking, Hedge Maze, Mirror Maze, Discovery Slides, Topiary Walk, Foggy Bowls, and Changi Experience Studio.

I am totally astonished how Singapore was able to build and design such state of the art airport. This is doubtlessly a must place to visit when you are in Singapore!

Unfortunately, there were still a lot of people when we went there. I advise that you visit this place perhaps on a weekday. We lined up from the Changi MRT station down to the Rain Vortex. It feels like everyone were heading to Jewel on that day. So if you plan to get your perfect selfie, you might not just get it yet. But you can still enjoy this majestic talk of the town site by roaming around this place.

It is an awe-inspiring mall with a grand Rain Vortex that can found in the middle. It is incomparable to the waterfall in Marina Bay Sands Mall. This Rain Vortex is just so big and beautiful!

There are a lot of restaurants and shops in Jewel too! Also, you can have a rest at the Yotelair in Jewel Changi Airport.

What do we say if I try it there and share to you my experience? I can't wait!

We will definitely visit Jewel again and by that time I will be able to experience other attractions too!
